[TYPO3-install] Error when trasferring typo3 web code from one server to another

Should should not disable the domain, but change the domain record to the
new name. After that, you should verify if the domain name is also used
inside the TypoScript tempate in either
config.absRefPrefix
or
config.baseUrl
