[TYPO3-install] missing CSS_STYLED_CONTENT file; locallang.php?

Hello matt,
I have a question.
Did you install css_styled_content extension? And did you include it
into your template as described it it's manual?
Goto "Ext Manager" and check it twice whether you have this extension
installed?
You do not need to delete this file!
