[TYPO3-german] $TCA Problem mit "mm_dam_filelist"

Hallo liebe Liste

im Install-Tool=>DB Analyzer => compare with $TCA bekomme ich folgenden 
Fehler:
*Invalid table and field definitions in $TCA!* There are some tables 
and/or fields configured in the \$TCA array which does not exist in the 
database! This will most likely cause you trouble with the TYPO3 backend 
interface!
*tt_content:
*tx_mmdamfilelist_mm_dam_category tinyblob NOT NULL

o.g. existiert tatsächlich in tt_content nicht - der Fehler tritt nicht 
mehr auf, wenn ich mm_dam_filelist de-installiere (Im EXT tool)

in typo3conf/ext/mm_damfilelist/ext_tables.sql steht:
# Old-Version
#CREATE TABLE tt_content (
#       tx_mmdamfilelist_mm_dam_category blob NOT NULL
#);

Das überfordert mich irgendwie :) Weshalb tritt der Fehler auf?

Allg. Angaben:
TYPO3 4.2.4
DAM / sowie mm_dam_filelist sind auf neuestem Stand gemäss Repository...

Habe ich noch eine "Leiche" aus einer alten Version, die sich irgendwo 
versteckt?
