[TYPO3-english] Bootstrap icons and www ?

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to Typo3 and I'm having trouble with the bootstrap icons. 

They display perfectly on my website when I'm on www.mywebsite.com but when I try to reach mywebsite.com the whole site displays correctly except for the icons, it displays a square with for example "E125" in it.. anyone has an idea how to correct it? Thanks.
