[TYPO3-english] update powermail but not in extension manager

Hi,

My best guess is that you need to refresh the extension repository (TER).
You can do this in the Get Extension section on your right, click "Update
Now". Then the new extensions should be available.

You can always see which version is the newest one on the typo3.org website
(http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/)
