[TYPO3-english] Can't login to Install Tool, want to upgrade from 4.5.5 to 6.2

Hi,

openid is a system extension, it won't give you any problem with the
install tool, authentication in install tool is done solely by comparing
the hash in configuration file, it does not use anything else.
