[TYPO3-english] copy default content elements still remains for basic editor

Hello,

I am struggling with user rights for a backend editor. I have a 
multilanguage setup and if the user presses the "Copy default elements" 
button in the Language the button never disappears and the content 
elements are not correctly added into the multilanguage handling as 
translated to the default content.

Which option have I over looked for the multilanguage editor?
