I hope you mistyped and mean Ver. 4.2.6

external script?
after installation you have to configurate your installation with the 
install-tool, which is accessed as http://domain.tld/typo3/install/
there you can create your (first) admin-users to access TYPO3-BE as last 
step after creating all tables in the database.
