Hi Ivan,

Thanks for the reply. Previews work fine - it fixed itself again. For  
the quickmail and attachments, it says in the documentation you can do  
it: http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/direct_mail/2.6.2/view/3/3/

Maybe this should be changed?
