yes. update tt_news to 3.0.0+ there's a new module - News Admin which 
allows you to do that... also you can search by the title, change number 
of displayed items etc. very nice thing...

However, updating from tt_news 2.X somtimes makes little mess (some 
relations may be lost), so it's quite important to make copy of the 
system, if something will fail you can check the old values and set it 
again in new implementation!
