Yes of course. The problem is that some authors do not know how to well 
apply styles in their documentation and this leads to this kind of mess 
when you read the online documentation.

However I just went to read the documentation and I do not see any 
"Feuser Registration" extension. I see "Frontend User Registration" 
sr_feuser_register from two well-known developers and it is more than 
unlikely that their documentation was not well written and another that 
is "Feusers (with s) Registration", extkey pp_feregister which does not 
have any documentation. This is a bit odd ;-)

Once again, of course you should replace de and german with your default 
language. But no, you should not precede this from page.
