[TYPO3] rte disappeared :(

Hello,

after some more research it seems that since i upgraded php to 5.2 (as 
in php5 package in debian stable) the rte stoped working in ALL my typo3 
3.6.2 sites on this server. I tried to upgrade one to 4.1.7 as mentioned 
before but can't get the rte back. Switchign on troubleshooting mode 
doesn't give any info either. I found 1 entry in php logfiel maybe it helps:

this is for the updated site. The old 3.6.2 stes don't give me any error 
msg in php log, they just stoped working silently :(

Any idea pls? Or even a guide how i can transfer an exisiting site to a 
clean 4.2.1 install? (rte does work on this server with clean 4.2.1 
install).
