[TYPO3] rte disappeared :( - SOLVED

Hello,

okay this is very lame i didn't check it but i write it maybe somebody 
else will run tino this problem. The problem was, i had to enable the 
usage of rte for the backend users in their setup in the backend as for 
some reason it seems if you upgrade from such an old version it's 
disabled by default. In 3.6.2 in this setup it was only for MSIE maybe 
thats the reason? I don't know but enabling it for the BE users solved it.
