Hi,

It's hard to say if CoolUri is responsible. Basically, it doesn't care 
about query parameters, so you'd need to get the redirect going to 
http://example.com/. Maybe there's a wrong redirect for domains set. 
There's a lot of stuff that could go wrong.

I'd definitely had a look at the comunication between server and browser 
(e.g. FF ext. live http headers).

To make sure it's not CoolUri, delete all cached links and let them 
generate again.
