[TYPO3] Tip a Friend Plus

Hi guys, i try to implemet Tip a Friend Plus on a page but the extension 
don´t function properly.

When i try to send a email, appears to following message:
"Error!
You didn't fill in all required fields or the email addresses was not 
valid!"

The email is valid and all fields are filled.

Can anyone help me?
