[TYPO3] Tip a Friend Plus

hi herbert,

if you open the page with the tipafriend-form directly, you will not get 
a tipUrl from the get-params and so there will be missing a required 
field - the tipUrl-field.

you will need a tipafriend-link on the other sites to this page - this 
link will be generated with the correct get-params (the url of the 
current page) and this parameter will be used in the hidden-form-field 
"tipUrl" and then all required fields should be fill.
