I know, and I prefer to keep Typo3, since looking at the "templates" for
TypoLight, you have to be a (quite good) PHP programmer to see what is
being done. Plus, limited flexibility.

Typo3 is the super flexible swiss knife, but it's not easy to set up,
mostly I think because the documentation is exact, specific and
offers little guidance in what exactly you have to do. 
Where, for example, is the guide that instructs how to get a 
very basic system like above ?

Btw, mostly my boss is complaining bcs it's an 3.8 installation where
the backend has not been "slimmed" to be simple. Time is perhaps
the key question.
