It is possible to simply Typo3 just dropping off features.

As default you can take off:

* non-needed modules - only page module is required
* non-needed fields - almost all fields can be taken off
* take off some toolbars

tm_contentaccess offers also take off:
* take off unwanted button from editing (save and close)
* some fields, which can take off as default
* unwanted toolbars, additional task bars etc.

You can add using some plugins
* copy/cut/paste to classic page module and frontend editing
* additional toolbar for some shortcut action
* frontend editing toolbar
* alternative menu for selecting modules

It is possible to customize Typo3 fitting you needs.
