[TYPO3] Permission to access /typo3/alt_doc.php

Yeah that's not related to your problem. Permission problems do leave
a log message in the logs is rightly configured, which I assume,
support just gave you the wrong line. It might help to note the time
and date (and timezone) of when you make such request and get that
error message, as well as your IP address. That way support can
pinpoint the right error message and be of more help.
