[TYPO3] RTE Fatal Errors - strange Rendering - artefacts - unpredictable results

After some testing i disabled output buffering in php.
Now no duplicates are inside the rte but if i add links via rte and hit 
save a couple of times all links are gone?!?

I start to totally freak out!!!

I work now since a week to get a working typo3 installation but the same 
errors start again and again no matter what i set up?!?

Could it be that this is a conflict with php 5.2 is my mysqld to new or 
my apache or what....

Should i try typo3 4.0.x is 4.1.x buggy?

PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!!
