[TYPO3] updating fe_users with mailformplus

Hi all,
Does someone has experience with updating a user record in fe_users table using mailformplus?
I tried activating the update query with:

plugin.tx_thmailformplus_pi1.saveDB.storeuid = uid

and send the uid as hidden field form the template with ###FEUSER_UID###

No luck there.

Hope somebody can help me with this.
