[TYPO3] Changing the "Ruler after"

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a solution to a problem with the "Ruler after" and 
"Ruler before" I can choose ind the function "Frame" when I'm creating a 
new pagecontent.

The problem is that I want the ruler to be more than 1px in height. When 
I wieh the source code I can se this:

<td bgcolor="black"><img src="clear.gif" width="1" height="1" alt=""
title="" />

My question is, can I change the height for the ruler with typoscript?

I have tried this without any luck:

page.20 = HRULER
page.20 {
    lineThickness = 10
    lineColor = #e6e6e6
}

I really hope somebody can help me out?
