[TYPO3] how does FE editing really work?

If you want to use the FE-Editing of Typo3, then this user
has to be a BE-User.

But there are several extensions that have _FE-User-Editing_
included; then there are only FE-Users needed.
All Plugins based on sg_zfelib are FE-User-Editing capable;
