[TYPO3] Firefox and rtehtmlarea typo3browsers open homepage of website

Hi all,

I recently upgraded rtehtmlarea to 1.4.1 (running typo3 3.8.0) and
when using Firefox the Insert Link or Insert Image popup windows no
longer open the Typo3browser, but instead redirect to the home page of
the site. It's fine in Internet Explorer.

Can anybody give me a clue to what's happening here?
