[TYPO3] Adding "phantom" pages to HMENU

Hi,

i want to add some "phantom" pages to a standard HMENU. As I understand it is 
possible to have different sources for menu entries in HMENU. But when it 
comes to mix them up I wasn't able to find any information.

Does anybody know a way to add links to standard hmenu (no special type 
defined). Hooks, XClass?
