[TYPO3] An achor problem

in *headers* of indexed search directs to the frontpage.

It does have the id of the page

config.prefixLocalAnchors = all

Achors to same page seems not work without the id of the page.
Indexed search doesn't put them to the links, which are in headers.
Bug in indexed search? How to fix this problem?
