[TYPO3] own styles in RTE

Change bgcolor to background-color and clear the bowser cache.

Or force the reloading of the CSS file (eg type its URL in the browser - 
when using Firefox). I have sometimes the problem that my browsers insists 
on using an old version of the CSS file.
