[Typo3] Can't see "Page" link

Okay, prior to doing anything, I noticed that the classic page module 
thing in the ext manager was checked.  So I unchecked it.  Nothing 
changed.  I rechecked it, the other white Page module icon appeared, 
tried to click it, nothing happend.  I unchecked it again.

I also did what Dmitry suggested - no luck.

Everything is the same, not sure what I am doing wrong here...
