[Typo3] Error in phpMyAdmin with utf-8

I get:

Warning: main(./lang/dutch-utf-8.inc.php): failed to open stream: No 
such file or directory in 
/typo3_src-3.8.0/typo3/ext/phpmyadmin/modsub/phpmyadmin-2.6.0-pl3/libraries/select_lang.lib.php 
on line 311

if I want to launch the extension phpMyAdmin.

And ths system is right, there is no such file. But why does this 
extension search for it? Or where can I get those file(s)?
