[Typo3] accessible font size?

I think that's up to the browser and correct design css of the webdesigner.
With most website if I press <ctrl>+ then I get bigger fonts easely...

It  is however a nice idea to have a high-contrast setting... but even 
this can be easely
create with typo3 and possible a little bit of CSS.
