[Typo3] How can duplicate a typo3 site ?

Hi.

This is the scenario.
I'm working to my first typo3 site. When the site will be ready i wish 
to keep a clone of it for private test and private editor-training purpose.

The 2 site must be the same at THE START of the duplication but then 
they must be completely indipendent ( and so the DB too ).

How i can make it ?
