[Typo3] Repetitive Section throughout the site

You guys are great, thank you Tyler, micheal, Martin, Mike and Marlies 
for all your help.  I basically did what michael (for the files), tyler 
(for the TS), and martin (for TV integration) did all in one.

As you can see in my site the Footer is working.  Now lets see if I can 
do other parts of the page too like the right navigation.

Another question:

I assume it would make sense if I just put all the content like this in 
one page, and seperate them into text elements and just point to the 
element id as we have been doing?  So instead of naming the page 
"footer"  I would name it to suit all the parts of the site which is 
similar.
