[Typo3] migration to utf8

Hello all,

yesterday I discoverd that plain new installation with utf-8 is pretty 
uncomplicated and makes the living easy.

Now I am thinking about migration of existing pages encoded in 
ISO-8859-1 to utf-8.

Any experiences?

Is they way to do it one of this proposals?

1.) You use the existing DB tables simply by [BE][forceCharser] = utf-8 
in the install tool.

2.) You convert DB tabels to utf-8.

3.) Do you set up a second DB with utf-8 code. Then you export, 
transform, import, switch DBs.
