[Typo3] menu layer & flash ... once again

Hi,

I only have the problem with firefox, you can see the page here :

i have the layer menu coming up the fash animation...not right now 
because i ve lowered the flash animation to no have a bad visual effect 
but i ll have to place it at its place.
