[Typo3] menu layer & flash ... once again

I assume that you are having this problem in IE -- If you are running
Typo3 3.8 you can insert the following into your TS:

ieSelectFix = 1

I have here the known problem of a flash animation coming above my 
menulayer, is there any working solution please ?
i ve tried many things without ANY success.
