[Typo3] formating problem in tt_news

I keep getting the sub-header section as:

<h3>Räcker 5/7 för uppflyttning?</h3> 

instead of formating of the news in single-news view

I tried tip of using "preserveTags" which solved a similar problem before 
but not this time.
Any suggestions?
