Hi,
it's possible to create accessible
websites using typo3 even complex ones.
Using TV (Templavoila) makes things a lot easier because
you got more code controll with FCEs
(Flexible Content Elements)
than with the traditional CEs.
Even without TV it should be possible
since beside a few exceptions you are
able to fully manipulate the rendering
of content elements/pages with TS (Typoscript).
Of course hardcoded html in extensions
might break acccesible standards but
most extensions are separating application
logic from praesentation logic.
So that won't be a problem at all.
