[TYPO3-dev] Abbreviations in class/file names

Hey Bernhard,

I remember a discussion on that topic and the conclusion was to stick
with UpperCamelCase for classnames without any exception. Even TYPO3 is
written Typo3 :-).

I had a hard time to get used to it but after some time (years) it is
the better solution, because you just see at one glance where the new
word starts. This would be hard with names like TYPO3HTMLLibrary ->
Typo3HtmlLibrary.
