This is indeed something that is not documented and we wait since months
for the TER cleanup. Now that the hard check is done, we all want the
next part to be done. I asked many time who is responsible because it's
just a matter of going through the list and mark entries.

TER is cluttered with unmaintained extensions. From a first look it's
great to see so many extensions but once you start using them, you wish
there would be much less but usable and maintained, so please run the
cleanup script and stick to what was agreed and publicly announced
regarding the hard check.
