[TYPO3-dev] 4.5.19: loadTCA infinity loop/recursion

We haven't got around yet to properly reproduce this issue with a "naked" extension.

The only thing we also noticed is, that the problem does not occur anymore, if we change Page ID (`pid`) of each and every entry to something non-sensical (i.e. a Page ID that doesn't exist, or -1). For the functionality of our extension, the Page ID does not matter (for the most part), since the entries are loaded and edited via a custom backend extension that reads all the articles from the table, regardless of the Page ID.
