Hi Sttefan,

I also think your proposed way of working is viable. There have bene
inquiries in the past why extensions were usually not in git, couldn't
take advantage of gerrit etc. And people who also contributed to
core-parts in the end had to work with both systems. So I agree that
consolidation (and moving of repos) to git is imho a good thing to do -
for the moment being just with migration on request, as you suggest.
