[TYPO3-dev] Slow BE-Performance in 4.5 - doubled system calls?

With or without performance optimizations
the TYPO3 4.4 BE seems a lot faster than
the one from TYPO3 4.5.

Noticed this after upgrading some
TYPO3 sites several months ago.
