[TYPO3-dev] writelog() error at comments ext.

Hi,

I have the same problem as described in following thread:

Perhaps i'm blind, but didn't find the solution.

I found various bug-reports/comments [1][2][3] on topic, but not any 
solutions for the comments extension as it seems to be something i t3core:

1. Anyone know how to fix this without editing the core?
2. If not, anyone knows when or if applied to core?
3. Did i misunderstod something =)
