Hi Franz,

that is of course then a good reason not to give up on an extension key. 
But people having keys they are not working on creates a lot of 
non-maintained extensions. And that is somehow a sad thing.
Maybe some certification process for extension developers (in 2008 was 
talked about that) could help here.
