[TYPO3-dev] Workspaces and multiple language problems with creation of new page languages

Hello Stephen,

this seems to be related to bug #13075 [1].

A patch has been posted in the core list, so it should be fixed in the 
next release.

Until then you can apply the patch manually. I did it since nearly a 
month and didn't find any side effect.
