[TYPO3-dev] Integration of ext:rscliem in EM

I guess having an updated extension list is something that would be 
great but I would like to have this feature take advantage of the 
probable imminent import of "gabriel" aka scheduler into TYPO3 and not 
having to rely on external cron jobs.
