Well... I've had this bug jump at me every now and then, but I must 
admit I never had the time to track it down properly. The problem is 
that since I don't know why it happens, it is impossible to reproduce. 
And when it happens - seemingly randomly - it is generally in a case 
where I have to solve it fast (in which case, deleting the TEMP_cached_* 
file resolves the problem).

I agree that this bug should be solved, but I haven't any real clue in 
the bug reports discussions. So it needs investigating and - as said - 
it is not trivial. Or do you have a serious clue (I may have missed 
something)?
