Make a freeze until all patches older than 1 month are in the TYPO3 Core 
or at least the API is enhanced so it can be easily moved into a patch 
extension. So others could aleady use it by installing an extension and 
even start to enhance this for the future. A patch extension however 
should not require any XCLASS!
