Francois,

I don't agree on your thought of the markup of forms. It's not using any 
fieldsets or legends which are intended for use in forms. Using these 
two make a form usable and accessible

If you've read my article, you could see two links related to this 
topic. One is an article written by Cameron Adams on Sitepoint [1]. This 
is exactly what I'm following right now. It's a clear, easy to style and 
understandable markup, and because of the use of <ol> <li> perfectly 
usable for Prototype in the Form Wizard.

The markup was a discussion some of us had almost one year ago, and I 
won't discuss it any further. Sorry about that :-) We've already decided 
how the markup should look like.
