Should be fixed everywhere but IE. I'm having issues with the width
collapsing there to the image width, but its not any worse than it was
before.

Fixed.

Fixed.

I uploaded a new patch to the bug report at [1].  If someone can give
me a quick check here to make sure its all OK for them too, I'll
propose the cleanups on the core list.
